2026 Meetings:
Feb. 18
May 6
Aug. 26
Nov. 11

How does it work?

Members pay $410 annually.

> Members may pay $410 upfront or $35/month to ensure that we can distribute $10,000 per quarter or as close to that as possible to the winners. The additional $10 per member is used to cover fees for our fiscal agent, domain name,

meeting supplies, and room rental as needed.

> Attendance is still important! Every vote counts. You must be in good standing and present at the meeting in order to vote!

We meet at Briarwood Golf Club.

> The space is downstairs. For those of you who have difficulty using the stairs, you can pull around back and enter the space.

>There is a full bar, non-alcoholic beverages, and often times we have food provided by generous sponsors. Please let us know if you or your business would like to be a sponsor!!

Each member has the opportunity to enter their name to present a charity.

> Members must be paid members in order to present.

> Presentations must follow guidelines (click here for list).

> All charities must be a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization (itself or via their fiscal agent) and serve the Ankeny area.

We randomly draw three entries, listen to the immediate and specific need, members vote, and the charity with the most votes wins.

> The charities that receive funds provide a follow-up at the next quarterly meeting.

> The charity not receiving funds cannot be presented again the following quarter.

Once all information is received by 100 Women Who Care Ankeny, a check will be cut and delivered.

> We will need the charity name, EIN number, address, contact (include name, email and phone), and to whom the check is to be written.  Please fill out the form ahead of time so that we can verify the charity.

> The big check/ceremonial check presentation and pictures will be held at the next meeting.
